Well lit, parking lot kept very clean, pumps stay maintenanced, always busy, and ingress egress is easy to navigate. They offer non-ethanol regular gas too, which I always buy. Few times I go in, the attendant is always sharp and quick.

Has significantly gone downhill. Dirty pump and store exterior. Never paper receipts. Untrained staff.
