Not citgo anymore or top tier gas as advertised

I always come to this Gas station and have always used GAS BUDDY CARD AND THE ATTENDANT TODAY WAS VERY RUDE, LAZY, AND SAYS "WE DO NOT TAKE THIS CARD HERE IT HAS NO CHIP". Not getting my gas here again

Couldnt understand the guy when he asked for the "mileage"

Although this location seems to always have the lowest gas prices in the area, the gas attendants dont pay attention. One time I went here and asked for $15 regular. As I was sitting there waiting I happened to look over and it was still filling up after $15...I said "woah stop stop" he says "I thought you say fill up" I said "No I say $15" I then hand him $15 and said "Heres the money for what I asked for, you owe the rest" And drove off.

Located on a busy 3 lane street. Convenient to get in; a little hard to pull out
