Lake Elsinore Costco Gas is the most expensive Costco gas location within 100 miles

Some pump arent allowed to use debit card. we have to pay in store. At late night sometimes the cashier is rude. The 1st pump is usually stuck, noisy and it stopped when it hasnt pumped enough amount as I paid.
