Recent convert to Mobile. Well lit and clean but getting out can be hard due to traffic

there is a bumpy strip across the front making navigation with a walker very difficult. entry door is not walker friendly and assistance from checkers is usually ignored. especially when you are white. are the dark checkers anti-white?
