New location. Very clean and usually cheaper gas. Easy to get in and out of

Great corner location. Tough to access heading south. Easy in and out otherwise.

Three pumps need updating and some displays fixed. Exterior at pumps need fixing from rust. Pumps need to have paper for receipt which is a periodic issues of no paper.
