Its not uncommon to find expired items on the shelves. A lot of things have been there so long that theres a thick layer of dust over it.

I used to to go to the this station all the time, But after COVID-19 they acted like it was no big deal. No requirements for facemasks, no signage on the door about facemasks. I complained four or five times to the manager/owner and he always had excuses. No regard for the health and welfare of its clientele. I wont be giving them my business anymore! All they care about is $$$
