I come here about every week and there is always a good snack and beverage selection. Also the trash is never piled up like I have seen at other gas stations. I enjoy coming here and using my 5 cent discount.

I dont know what to expect when I go here, some days the people who work there are "too busy to greet you, or do much more than barely acknowledge you. Basically, its like they dont have the time to be bothered with actually attending to the customers needs or wants, (no matter how insignificant they may seem)". Other days, its fantastic, attentive and cheerful, seemingly enjoying making sure that the customers are getting everything that they need or want. So, on a scale of 1 to 5.....I give it a 3. Too many lost chances to make customer service improvements, a constant issue with most of the big chain stores. While the customer may not always be right, the customer IS, without a shadow of a doubt, ultimately the one who is paying the workers paychecks, yet the workers dont seem to be able to conceive of that concept. Be careful and attend to the business of being the face of customer
