Nothing great but OK

Too high and carwash broken. Go inside to ask for refund and clerk call manager. manager states to come back next day and speak with him, after I go outside with clerk and he verifies carcass broken.

Most of the time customer service is great, ladies on first shift are very sweet and personable.
