I was sent to the fuel desk to report a problem with the pump and the guy tells me go on the other side so I did and he turns around (same guy) and says what’s your problem and I tell him and he says I can’t do anything for you. A complete idiot. What was the sense in turning me around to the Opposite desk if he was the one to help anyway. Then blows me off. A complete idiot who shouldn’t work in customer service. I guess he didn’t like me interrupting his personal conversation with his friends.
