This store was one of the very few in Lufkin that remained open during the Texas "Deep Freeze" of 2021. The employees were there around the clock during the worst part of the snow/ice event even when almost everyone lost power and water. Thru it all they were helpful and kept a smile on their face.

Good traffic flow fluctuations. More attention to cleanliness, trash pickup inside & outside, trash bags change more often, restrooms needs improvement, continue to keep cleaning supplies well stocked if possible during slow times.

The store is located at an intersection and has a lot of customers, its usually clean and neat. The service is okay.
