Chevron in Philadelphia (400 Holland Ave)

It's a kiosk by the grocery store, it has no restroom or coffee.

I have bought Premium (the only grade my engine can take) here before at a great price (so I thought). Lowest in Philly, but I will not be stopping here EVER again. I saw they were out of premium last time I stopped, so I double checked with the attendant that they were out. He stated theyve never sold premium......... what!? He then went on to tell me how great the price was for their regular and I explained to him my engine runs on premium. So, I got back in my car. He runs out and says, "oh I THINK I have premium on that pump just pull there." I said no thank you and left. That was SKETCH as heck!
