Staff is not at all customer friendly. Minimum wage, minimum service, poor attitude. That seems to be their credo.
Prices always higher. Service staff average... Always chatting with one another. For the price they charge often no receipts available from pump. One day there was no mid grade gas and had to drive elsewhere. They dont seem to care so i have given up on Esso everywhere.

You can go in any line because the nozzle of the pump can extend to the further side of the car if you get into the shortest line. helpful staff if you have trouble with the self-service.
