To use your reward card you have to go into the store to prepay and then after you fill up. It is very time consuming and not worth the hassle. They wait your time and you have to stand in line. It defeats the model of fast service. It will go somewhere else to fill up and not use the rewards card. Not worth it at all.

Employees are very rude they also advertise kroger plus card but don't actually fully participate so you don't know until you pay in advance they don't fully participate. This station is very hard to get not due to the inefficient pump design layout. Most Sudden Service Shells I have ever tried have same abysmal customer service. I will avoid this station in particular from now on.
