Phillips 66 in Blue Springs (5005 E US-40)

Not sure how they are able to sell fuel so much cheaper. I question the quality of their fuel as it is probably not "TopTier" brand.

Could be improved

No restrooms. All Conoco/Phillips 66 branding has been removed or obscured. Liquor store.

I needed Diesel and the pump was so slow it wasnt worth the stop.

There is no gas station

very nice employees friendly
