Customer service is great.

Easy on and off from the expressway, no problems here and customer service was extremely good given it was right off the expressway. I travel a lot and was very much impressed. Usually off expressway stations don't pay much attention to you. These attendants we're very helpful, because I needed some help with the area and directions.
