Shell in Kitchener (366 Victoria St N)

Air miles given, but unable to redeem here. Unfortunate policy that is not apparent until after the fact.

I went to the closest shell (only so I could redeem my airmiles for gas) and found out AFTER pumping my gas they DO NOT redeem airmiles at this location they only give them out. Really needed to use my airmiles :(

Do not buy coffee here. They are usually higher in price here.

Staff are friendly and efficient. The lighting at the sides of the building needs to be much brighter. I dont feel safe parking there t night when I go into the store.
