leaky ceiling, dirty, broken mirrors, lots of repairs needed pretty shoddy

Hit or miss on how clean it may or may not be..

Excellent customer service. I needed to use a ladder to change a light bulb high on my trailer and they let me use one. Hard to find good people these days. Not hard here, They're working here!

Years of grime in the bathrooms. Gross. And their rewards program was not functioning

the woman who checked us out was very nice
