Reviews
Manager that loves to park in the handicap spot even though he’s not handicap. You question him and he’ll tell you “my knee hurts”and I told him that still doesn’t qualify you to park in a handicap spot. If you don’t have a placard or a plate don’t park there. He still continues to do it.
