Friend had debit card stolen, thief was able to buy several hundred dollars worth of gas with stolec card but no pin. or card was cloned.

They have two signs boasting lowest gas prices in San Diego, that is false false false, they are $.20 more a gallon than Chula Vista gas station. not only is this fas but its extremely disheartening that they post the signs saying support your troops along with the lowest gas prices thats really really tacky.
