Shell in Del Norte (450 Grand Ave)

One pump screen is illegible. Another isn’t taking credit. They RARELY have fluid and washer squeegees. This lack of service frustrates customers every day.

Despite being cheaper than the station down the street, they may not have gas. Seriously, Ive lived in the area for 4 months and this station runs out of gas constantly. Youll never get a receipt at the pump. No squeegees, no washer fluid, no paper towels. The parking lot is horrible and the entire operation needs maintenance. I dont care how cheap the gas is, I just go down to the Conoco.

Needs a total makeover. Lot needs holes filled - rough in and out.

pay at the pump doesnt work, cant leave gas buddy card inside so I paid credit card and guessed. I guessed high, hopefully Ill get my $4 refunded. some pumps dont work. no washer fluid and not enough squeegees
