As I pass by this gas station on my way home from work each day, it is always one of the cheaper ones around or leading in lowest prices.
Very good location and close to the house very clean station and compatible gas price with other gas station.
closest to university of Waterloo but usually a few cents more than average gives air miles
Only one on Westmount so good for filling up when low. close to Erb and University. they take Air Miles if your into that. Great staff there always polite.
Slightly inconvenient location, and not pleasing to the eye, but the recent reface of the building definitely boosts the overall look and feel of the place.

I live walking distance from the gas station, the prices are good, unfortunately the lighting turns off too early on business days Its location is definitely a plus, as well as a pantry store located nearby.
