Price is good but traffic in and out is horrible.

The owner doesn't give a rip about this station. They employ the most rude and socially inept people who don't want to help people. When I told them about a problem with the pump that I couldn't get to work. They just said go ahead and try it now. I came back twice and they gave me the same answer – they did nothing about it! It seems the teller must've been on drugs because it took forever to get waited on. They seemed like their brain was somewhere else. The pumps are broken down and the place is dirty everywhere. Here in the middle of downtown Santa Rosa, it seems they have allowed the drug dealers and lowlife characters hang out there. My wife does not feel safe there. It's been this way for too long – this place needs to be reported to some authority. I used to go there years ago but I'll never go there again, no matter what they charge for the gas. I've never given this kind of feedback for gas station before. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!
