The pilot was ok. Staff seemed overwhelmed with the copier and a long line was forming, but another staff member stepped into the rescue.
Restroom is filthy. Employees stand around talking and ignoring you. Theyve told me that the manager is horrible and never present. That said its a very busy location so sure its difficult to keep up. A few years back I was homeless for a few months and spent many nights sleeping safely in my car in parking lot. Police were present off and on all night but never bothered anyone.

Dude... what in the world? This place is gross. Half of all of the food and drinks were expired. The bathroom looked diseased. If "vomit in my mouth" was a place.
