The attendant today at 12:21 pm was very rude; he/she (I did not enter the area where the attendant attends to the customers ) put a VERY RUDE message on the screen that is playing while you put gas. As soon as the pump let me know that it was done I got out of my vehicle to take the pump out of my vehicle and a VERY OFFENSiIVE message came up on the screen. Since I am NOT what the attendant flashed on the screen I just "brushed it off" and thought "Why are you in a job that requires professional customer service; you belong in an office behind a desk with no contact with any body if you hate people SO MUCH! This is AMERICA !!!!!

Im going inside the Store, because, the (Outside) Gasoline pump did not get a record of the Gas pumped.>When I went inside to get my receipt from the Clerk, the amount is correct.>>when I received my Bank Statement there was a charge on my account that I dont change at this Shell station.
