I visit PCC on a regular basis. they have the best prices on fuel for miles around.

Lots of customers without masks at peak pandemic conditions. Perhaps they see the managers unwillingness to wear a mask as a green light for their own irresponsibility.

Windshield squeegees are terrible and the cleaning solution is always empty!! There are also never any paper towels!
