has a four bay self-service car wash that hasn't had soap in more than two years and bathrooms have been closed off permanently. they have a sign but they no longer sell propane or diesel. the neon open sign is on even when they're closed. and they have the highest gas prices consistently in the entire area. I can't think of one positive thing to say.
