Person at the cashier window, couldnt tell me why I was only getting $1.05 a gallon off my gas instead of a $1.25, I got in Jan 2026. I had to call the number and speak to a person on the Gas Rewards line as to why the price change. Got $1.25 a gal last month and now I only get $1.05 a gallon off. People that work the cashier window, should be informed as to price discounts. Very unprepared and unprofessional. Plus the two signs at Town Mall Kroger gas, had two different prices showing for about 2 weeks.

Cannot read the prices at the pumps, screens are weather damaged. Store is congested with product making it hard to walk around if more than one person in each isle.
