I entered the Kroger royalty card and it didn't discount the 10 cents. When I went back in, the girl said, "i don't know why it did that" and stuffed the receipt back in my hand. When I asked her if there was a manager on duty she said "nope." And left it at that. Unprofessional. The store smelled funny, like an industrial cleaner
