This is the worst location around! Customer service always sucks and the store always smells like weed! This location doesnt participate in the BP Rewards program and has no air pump. With all the criminal activities that go on there its amazing that corporate and/or Penn Hills police dont try to shut it down.

BP rewards app wasnt able to unlock the pump and after trying 3 different pumps, I went inside and paid $20 with my debit card. It only took $15.50 to fill up so I went back inside for the difference. Instead the female foreigner charged my debit card another $20! She swore my money was going to be credited to my account but couldnt tell me how much the difference was. I explained again what should have been credited to my card, the difference between credit and debit, etc. A second worker came out and proceeded to tell me how wrong I was. Long story short it took me 30 min, to threaten to call the manager and the police until they finally returned my $24.50 in cash!! Never again!!
