The owner goes to local grocery store and buys out all the special priced merchandise like 12 packs of soda, bread, milk etc and marks up the price to a ridiculous one. For instance, Walmart brand bread: at Walmart? A dollar. This place? 3-4 dollars. Isn't that illegal?

Cashiers usually run right up when register line gets long. Customer service is usually good, customer problems sometimes seem like too much to handle. Coffee is good and flavors are usually plentiful. Nice bakery and grocery items needed after other stores close is appreciated.
