Not a Shell. Owner says privately owned. Filthy restroom, I had to clean coat $1.00. The only advertise was nothing in this store is free. The owner used the "f" word to my husband and me.
Bad station. Single stall restrooms: smelled like urine, no soap, no paper towels, hand dryer barely blew air. Pass this station by and go down the road for a penny more.
