Phillips 66 in Blue Springs (1501 SW US-40)

mud and food around pump I used. went to a second pump because keypad did not work.

it is nothing special. just a gas station with a SMALL c-store.

For me, this is the best gas/convenience station in Blue Springs

it has competitive gas prices and the store is not special but OK.

The clerk had no clue about the GasBuddy app and acted as if he didnt understand English when he had a full conversation with the customer before me.
