Shell in Greeneville (300 Van Hill Rd)

Nice shell pumps have been updated but station could use as well

Need cleaning needs update

the Shell gasoline station wouldnt honor my fuel rewards card. credit card machine would not work at pump another pump was dead screen said to pump gas and pay later cashier kept clearing it out gave up left went next door to Marathon. get your equipment in order and get your fuel rewards to work these Shell stations that dont honor their fuel rewards or scammers in my opinion

We went there because I'm a Shell rewards and found that the diesel was not part of the Shell program then I went in and purchased a Fountain drink and a package of mini donuts and was told I couldn't use my rewards card. Then there was a debate all about my rewards points and this place was not a Shell store just the gas.That is poor service.
