Only 3 pumps work out of 8? Bags over the nozzles on the rest of them. Pavement all broken up in the lot. Looks like no one cares about the place. Pitiful.
More than half the pumps weren't working. the one I stopped at didn't have a plastic bag over the pump like the others but it still didn't work. Wasted a drive to save a few bucks.
