Great clean place, but bathrooms are currently out of order and they have disgusting portapotties

I'm African American: was at this Sinclair station,waited for a while to get service but no one waited on me. the cashier was outside she saw me standing at counter but she would not put out her cigarette. she stood at the door and watched me at counter, then when I started out the door she held the door and said to me have a good day then she went inside. Was does that tell us.
