long lines and terrible traffic flow for the pumps. Even more annoying is the pumps seem really slow. I dont understand why it took 10 minutes to fill up a Nissan Altima with 8 gallons of gas

Lines are often long. Need to move the air pump away from entrance, as it makes it difficult to navigate to other pumps, because its blocked by folks getting air. Maybe have someone directing to pumps, like at the Costco in DC.
