Backyard Convenience in West Jefferson (838 S Jefferson Ave)

The gas purchased here was dirty,, and clogged up two of our vehicles. When we were having them repaired, the mechanics said that it was a common problem with gas purchased at West Jeffersons Murphys Gas at Walmart. We stick to name brand gas now, like Amoco or Exxon. I dont have any complaint against the people there or any of the other stuff they sell. But I dont trust their gas, whether it’s the underground tanks, or the company that delivers to them.

Friendly service, clean store & bathrooms. Well stocked groceries and convenience store items. Right in the middle of downtown West Jefferson, and easy approaches from three directions. Big parking lot. Easy in and out. -Michael Mann

I was trying to get fuel and was cut in line and told him to not do so and they called the cops on me. they said I was honking my horn at them, my horn doesnt even work. the cops let me go cause I didnt do anything wrong. I will. ever go here ever again

Very quick pumps, shopping at Ingles you can really save on gas

The pumps are difficult for various different bank cards to say the least. Supposed new pumps dont work like other BP stations. Dont have the placards stuck on the pump body like other BP stations. Likely refurbished first generation pumps by an outside company. I used to like this station.
