Its a standalone service station, no attendants or staff. Card only. Ethanol-free gasoline only and off-road and standard diesel available. Its kind of dark at night so be aware of the conditions. Literally nobody around, no businesses or houses within a few blocks. I can understand safety concerns. Daytime is fine though.

This has station is in the parking lot of my home/favorite Walmart, which has been closed down for the past 2 and a half years now (3-29-19). However, this gas station has stayed open even after the closure which made it easier for me to get through the closing of my favorite Walmart. Because of this gas station, Ive been able to still come into the parking lot of my old Northside-Walmart building.
