Cannon in Blakely (11691 Columbia Rd)

This station has the absolute worst customer service! The younger, female clerk, appears lazy & uninterested, will not provide eye contact to customers, & is constantly on her cell phone when customers are addressing her. I have tried on multiple occasions to address the issue of the pumps not printing receipts, & was told on 3/1/26, that “they were too busy & unable to keep paper in the pumps,”as she was scrolling on her cell phone. I asked for the Manager, & was told his name was Lucky, but he was not in. If the Shell brand was available at another location in this small town, I would not frequent this particular location. However, this is the only Shell station within 18 miles.

Still offers full serve. No pay at the pump available. Older pumps/station, good customer service offered here.

Clean station both inside & outside. Food in hot deli is very good. Cashier was polite & helpful.

Customer service is in need of an upgrade at this station.

Old, outdated pumps, horribly rough parking lot making it hard to get up to the pumps. Poor customer service.
