Esso in Spruce Grove (3 Mc Leod Ave)

I hate how slow the pumps seem to fill the tank and not having the trigger locks is a pain.

went there to get air cuz gas buddy said they had a pump. they did but it was broken. I paid for the air and I went to inflate my tires they went from low to unsafe to drive cuz the hose was leaking so bad. I went in to tell the guy working hoping to get my money back even though it was only 2 dollars. I told him and he was just like yah I know its broken. wouldnt even consider a 2 dollar refund and if you know its broken shouldnt you put a sign up or turn of the machine. he told me I could go to another shell station so I went to the Canadian tire gas bar. really not impressed.

Sometimes line up

Staff arent fully trained. On two separate occasions, two different cashiers both couldnt/wouldnt let me redeem airmiles for gas. Both of them told me false information about the airmile program. Ill never do business there again.

Great owner there friendly guy
