Kroger in Indianapolis (2550 Lake Cir Dr)

on this date 7 of the 10 pumps were working. 3 pumps had "out of order" signs. Two of the containers with windshield care items were empty. no paper, no cleaning water. trash was in multiple locations on the ground.

Not what I would call a "service" station. But the gas is cheap if you have Kroger points.
