Casey's in Krebs (575 W Washington Ave)

Customer service could use a little help. Greeting one when they walk in is a nice thing to hear. Restrooms and floors could be kept up a little better. Coffee really needed to be made was cold and nasty!

Great customer service. Lots of lighting and usually one of the lowest prices for fuel. The store is clean and so are the restrooms.

Customer service is not as home town friendly as one would expect considering you see the same people in there every time you go there. You think they would be more town friendly, like the people who shop there. I sat there and watched customers greeting each other like family and the cashiers didn't ever smile . What a shame.. good place to go to shame!
