Kroger in Novi (47045 W Pontiac Tr)

I avoid this gas station. The help is usually on the phone when Ive been in and I feel like Im bothering them.

Most of the pumps are out of order and you can’t use them at all. Other one’s won’t take your credit card so you have to go . i’m handicapped and that takes a lot for me to jump in and out of the car and then have to run in in all kinds of weather so pay for my gas somebody’s gotta get the owner to start taking better care of that gas station inside and pay

Friendly Staff.

What a beautiful location. This will absolutely be my station to stop by going forward. The place is immaculate, cashiers are very friendly and the merchandise is completely full. This is hands down the best gas station I have ever been in.
