ARCO in Sacramento (2838 J St)

fine gas station just bad location lots of crazy stuff happens here

I am a DoorDasher. I Dash all night, every night. I stopped here to get gas and use the bathroom around midnight. The employee said the bathroom is closed very rudely. I even made it clear that I am a Dasher. This location being a 24hr location right off a busy freeway, I would expect all facilities here to be open, if the bathroom has hours of operation, then post the hours of operation for the bathroom outside the store. And if someone comes into the store and is working, whether it be another courier or whoever, show a bit of compassion, respect and courtesy and make an exception for people whose jobs arent at brick and mortar locations to use the bathroom. Its not like we readily have access to bathrooms while we are driving/working. The employee had no problem using the restroom himself. I felt like it was being rubbed in my face. This is the first and definitely the last time I ever stop at this location, I shouldnt have even gotten gas here but had no choice because I was com

Right off freeway access

quick and easy in and out. no issues except the restroom isnt always open or good

Good prices and convenient location but charges to use debit cards and cash machines often don't work

clean and organized, very helpful and friendly

tons of trash and homeless people outside and asking for money when trying to get gas

One of the cheapest gas downtown besides Bonfair

Always busy

long walk from pumps to store and you better be looking around
