This gas station is located in an exclusive gated community. Great lighting all around the station. The mini-mart has assorted snacks, drinks, and adult beverages. The day I visited gas was 20 cents cheaper than surrounding stations.

Always multiple pumps open. Usually never anything wrong with them like a malfunction or anything broken. Clean on the inside and plenty of snacks. I think it's a unisex bathroom.
