I was having trouble with my costco card because it was getting old and warn out and the employee immediately came over and helped me. I've also noticed this is a normal practice for these employees. They do a great job of anticipating the customers needs.
long lines notwithstanding, this is still a great place to get gas. a large # of terminals mean your wait times are relatively short. great lighting, no frills. just gas and go!

I hate the pumps here. Theyre old and the user interface lags. Also, the LCD displays are very difficult to read, especially in bright sunlight or when wearing polarized glasses. The Shell station 2 blocks down the street is so much nicer in every respect.
