On 6/10, pump #14 wouldn't pump. kept returning to the main screen after entering screen. Called attendant who dismissed my request to check for a skimmer since the pump wasn't working correctly. she refused to take the pump out of service.

Says using Shell card is same as cash but they dont give you the discount. The price literally changes back up to credit price when you start to pump.
