Shell in Columbus (1500 Hilliard-Rome Rd)

I rate this bad because it is in a very bad location. It is very, very hard to get back on the road. Their are 3 to 4 lanes of vehicles and they don't like to let you out.

Friendly people and clean station

Good location near I-70, OK convenience store. But prepay for cash customers is required, which is NOT good customer service, even if most stations do this. Preventing driveoff theft is the stations problem, and they should not make it a problem for honest cash customers.
