I am a professional driver and the customer service I received was terrible, Ive never been insulted the way that I was here, and to beat it all I had my wife and kids with me. When things started to get out of hand my wife daughter caught everything on tape.I will be filing a grievance with the BBB.Stop hiring people who dont want to do their jobs and act as if they hate their job.
