Phillips 66 in Kansas City (9700 NW Polo Dr)

I was charged for car wash got 23 gal of gas. didnt get about because it said it was printing receipt. No receipt. I told clerk .he asked what pump I was on. I told him I didnt get the number. it was pump between 15 and 3. It was not visible from inside. it was not my fault that the receipt didnt print.He should of gotten my receipt. so I didnt get my car washed.

App won't work at pump & teller says they can't scan app inside.
